These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and wbaji ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the wbaji website available at wbaji.pro and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and customer support functions provided therein. By accessing wbaji.pro, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of wbaji regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access the platform. You represent and warrant to wbaji that at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform, the following statements are true:

• You are accessing the platform of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of wbaji or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You will use wbaji solely for your own personal entertainment. Using the platform for commercial gain, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose is strictly forbidden.
• You are fully capable of entering into a legally binding agreement and understand that gambling involves risk of financial loss.

Each eligible individual may register one account on wbaji. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number. The mobile number you provide will be used as your login identifier and as the primary contact number for account verification, deposit confirmations, and security alerts.

You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. wbaji reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, payment method ownership, or source of funds at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within the time frame specified by wbaji may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure.

• You must register with your own personal mobile number — not one belonging to a family member, friend, or any other person. The mobile number on your account must correspond to a SIM card registered in your own name.
• Only one account is permitted per individual, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Where two or more accounts from the same household are detected, wbaji reserves the right to investigate and may void bonuses or restrict accounts pending review.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. wbaji will never contact you to ask for your password.
• Account verification (KYC) may be triggered at any time, including before a withdrawal is processed. You must complete verification within the time frame specified or your withdrawal may be delayed. KYC is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement.

wbaji may close accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months. Prior to closure, wbaji will attempt to contact the account holder using the registered mobile number. Any remaining account balance at the time of closure due to inactivity will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method where technically feasible.

3.1 Deposits

wbaji accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits from payment methods not listed above are not accepted and will be returned where technically possible. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by wbaji, however your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transfer limits. wbaji does not charge a deposit fee. Deposits are credited to your wbaji account balance within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.

• All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted.
• wbaji reserves the right to request evidence of ownership of the payment method used for any deposit. Where ownership cannot be confirmed, the deposit may be returned and any winnings generated from unverified funds may be voided.
• Deposits made in error by the player cannot be reversed once credited to the wbaji account balance and wagered. If a deposit error occurs before wagering, contact live support immediately.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. wbaji does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 6 hours under normal conditions. During periods of high transaction volume — such as major cricket events (BPL finals, ICC tournament knockout matches) — processing times may be extended. wbaji will communicate any delays via the in-platform notification system.

• Withdrawal requests that include bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement for that bonus. Withdrawal of bonus-funded winnings before completing the rollover condition will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• wbaji may apply a security hold on withdrawals where account activity has triggered fraud detection rules. A security hold pauses withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours while the relevant account activity is reviewed by the compliance team.
• Withdrawals to deceased account holder's next of kin or legal representatives are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact wbaji support with the relevant legal documentation to initiate such a request.

wbaji offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket-specific promotions tied to major tournaments such as the BPL and IPL. All bonuses are entirely optional — you are never obligated to accept a bonus. If you prefer to make a clean deposit without bonus funds, you may decline the bonus during the deposit process.

All bonuses issued by wbaji are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus offer terms. You must fulfil the stated wagering requirement before any portion of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless otherwise specified.

• Bonuses are valid for a specified period only. Any unused bonus funds or free spins that remain at the expiry of the bonus validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Transfer, sale, or exchange of bonus funds between accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of stakes wagered toward rollover. Live casino table games, sportsbook bets, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, depending on the specific bonus terms.
• wbaji reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already opted in will be permitted to complete the existing wagering requirement under the original terms.

In disputes between the player and the game studio, the game studio's server log is the authoritative record. wbaji will mediate disputes with game providers on behalf of players where the player provides sufficient supporting information.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wbaji. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent ban from the platform. wbaji reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Creating more than one wbaji account for any reason, including to claim a bonus more than once, to circumvent a self-exclusion or suspension, or to obscure identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players, coordinating bets across accounts, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or cheating in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. wbaji complies with anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Depositing funds from payment methods that are not registered in your own name, or facilitating deposits on behalf of another person without wbaji's explicit written consent.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure, game logic, or payment processing systems in any way.

wbaji employs automated detection systems to identify suspicious account behaviour. Where prohibited activity is detected, wbaji may act without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and other players. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly flagged may contact support with evidence to request a review.

wbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where wbaji reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; (c) the account holder has failed to complete required identity verification; (d) a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is in effect; or (e) continued operation of the account would expose wbaji to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting wbaji support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining account balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to completed identity verification and the absence of any pending withdrawal holds.

wbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wbaji will notify registered account holders via the contact method on file (typically an SMS to the registered mobile number) at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect, except where changes are required by law or to address an urgent security or regulatory issue, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of wbaji after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
